3. The samples department will contact you regarding your request within 24 hours. They will provide you with cost (if applies) and shipping options.
1. The cost of samples including postage & handling ($10.00 + GST minimum Australia Post Bag charge), must be paid before the samples are sent (if pricing applies).
2. If you choose to place an order for an item which you have sampled,
Rave On Promotional Products will credit the cost of that sample plus postage & handling on your order.
3. All samples are shipped either undecorated or with a random print. Samples may not be customised.
